The Rate Us feature provides a quick and easy way to share your feedback on the App Store or Google Play Store.
Your rating and review help us improve the app and support our development team. It also helps other users discover our app!

1. UI/UX Specification
Tap on the “Rate Us on Store” option in Settings

2. How to Use
Step 1: Open Settings
From the main screen, tap the avatar icon at the top-left corner (where your greeting and profile picture appear).
Tap on the “Rate us on Store” option in Settings
Step 2: Select “Rate Us on Store”
In the Settings menu, locate and tap the Rate Us on Store option.
You will be automatically redirected to the official store:
- App Store (for iOS)
- Google Play Store (for Android)
Step 3: Leave Your Rating
Once the store page opens:
- Select a star rating from 1 to 5
- (Optional) Write a review to share your feedback
- Tap Submit to publish your review
3. Notes & Tips
- An active internet connection is required to open the store
- You must be signed in to your Apple ID or Google Account to leave a rating
- This action will exit the app and open the external store
4. FAQ
Will I stay in the app after tapping “Rate Us on Store”?
No. Tapping the option will open your device’s browser or store app, taking you out of the NoteX app temporarily.
Do I need to write a review or just rate?
Only a star rating is required. Writing a review is optional but highly appreciated.
Can I rate the app again later?
Yes. You can revisit the Rate Us on Store option anytime to update or revise your rating and review.
Is my rating anonymous?
Yes. Your feedback is submitted through the app store under your Apple or Google account and is not linked back to NoteX directly.
